    Our Bison Bratwurst is mild flavored and made from our proprietary recipe formulated by Master Sausage Maker Wayne Worley. They contain a blend of 80% our Bison and 20% organic Montana Pork, with only three other ingredients. NO MSG, NO Sodium, NO Nitrates or Nitrites, NO Preservatives, and NOTHING artificial. Delicious! 1 pound pack of 5 brats. Please note there is a 10lb minimum per order, however mix and match of meat cuts to reach minimum order is acceptable.
